Place seeds in a shot glass full of distilled water. Put in a warm spot (eg. on top of your fridge). Within 72 hours tap root should appear. (Some seeds may take longer, but almost all viable seeds will “pop” within 3 days). Place seed with tap root pointing downwards, into your growing medium (approximately 1/2 inch deep) and cover seed gently with medium. Place under light and always keep your medium moist.

Most seeds will germinate within 24 to 72 hours, but some make take up to 12 days, so be patient. For further and more detailed instruction, you should collect as much information as you can (grow books, videos, and magazines) it will not go to waste.
